Marshal Export

Marshal Export is located at 88 Sengunthapuram, specifically on the Seventh Cross. This part of town is dedicated to the export trade, so we fit right in. Our building is a simple two-story structure. We keep the stock on the ground floor and do the billing and quality checks upstairs. It’s usually a bit of a mess with cardboard boxes and packing tape everywhere. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew or a polished lobby. It is a working warehouse. We spend a lot of time talking to the weavers and checking if the patterns are coming out right. If there is a snag in the thread, we have to find it before it gets packed. The Seventh Cross is a bit narrower than the main roads, so it is always a squeeze when the delivery vans come through. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the walls have some stains from the old rainy seasons. We don’t worry about the decor much. Our focus is just on getting the bundles tied and the invoices printed. We have tea twice a day, and that is when we actually sit down for a minute to rest. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just export the goods and hope the shipping lines are not too delayed. That is how we operate.
