J. R. Swamy Impex

J. R. Swamy Impex is located over at 6/4, Satyamoorthi Nagar 2Nd Cross in Thanthonimalai. If you know the area, it is tucked away a bit from the main noise, which we mostly appreciate during the busy hours of the morning. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we get our work done every day. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us well enough by this point. Most days start with someone struggling with the heavy lock on the front gate before the rest of the staff arrives. Inside, there are desks piled with folders and different samples of things we handle. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is if you give us a minute to look. Being in Thanthonimalai means we deal with the local weather, which gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the old ceiling fans are always humming in the background. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. There is usually a stray cat that hangs around the 2nd cross street looking for scraps, and someone usually ends up feeding it. It is just a small operation here, nothing fancy or corporate about it. We just show up, do the paperwork, handle the impex side of things, and head home when the sun starts going down. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy enough.
