B. S. Tex

We are based out of No. 148 on IVth Cross North in Kamarajapuram. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, so we try not to make too much noise that would disturb the neighbors. B. S. Tex is a small operation. We mainly handle textile orders and some small-scale distribution from here. The space we have is basically a converted ground floor room in the building. It’s packed with cardboard boxes and sample books. We don't have a traditional storefront, so most of our business happens over the phone or by people dropping in to pick things up. It’s just a couple of us working here daily. Checking the quality of the fabrics we receive from the mills takes up a lot of time. Sometimes the shipments are late, which can be frustrating for everyone, but that's just how the industry goes sometimes. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small one by the door. Kamarajapuram is a good spot because it’s easy to get to, but the narrow streets can be tricky for larger delivery trucks to navigate. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten to know the people nearby. High-level mission statements aren't our thing. We just try to be reliable and get things sorted out for our clients. It’s a simple, local setup. We do our work, keep our records, and try to stay on top of everything.
