Akil Bharrathi Textiles is located at 149 M. G. Road, right in the Bharathi Nagar extension area. It’s a decent spot with a bit of space around it. We’ve been here for a good few years, and the building has seen better days, but it holds up. Inside, you'll find plenty of textiles piled up on wooden pallets. We spend a lot of time organizing the inventory because things have a habit of getting mixed up when we're busy. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a fan that clicks a bit. We don't go in for anything fancy like air conditioning or modern furniture. It’s a place for work, and that’s what we do. The road outside can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up, so we have to keep the front closed more often than we’d like. Most of our regulars are local folks who know they can just drop in and see what we have in stock. We don't do much in the way of fancy brochures or websites. If you need fabric, you come to M. G. Road and talk to us. We keep a ledger for the accounts and try to stay on top of the shipping dates. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people we work with every day. It works for us and our customers.
