Shree Krishna Rice Mills

You can find us on the road between Nadana and Pakhana, right here in the Karnal district. This area is famous for rice, so we fit right in with the landscape. The mill is a big space with lots of machinery for processing the grain. It gets pretty dusty when we’re working, which is honestly most of the time. We see trucks coming and going all day long. It’s a noisy place, but that’s just the sound of work getting done. We don't have a fancy office or any plush chairs. We mostly stay out on the floor or near the loading area. The smell of raw rice is everywhere. It’s a smell you get used to after a while. We've been operating on this road for quite some time now. Karnal is the right place for this kind of business because of all the local farms. We just focus on the milling process. Every day is about the same routine of checking the quality and making sure the machines don’t jam up. It's hard work, and the hours can be long during the harvest season.
