You can find us at H-12 in the Industrial Area. It’s a place where things actually get made. There are trucks coming in and out all day long. The air smells like metal and work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us and the machines. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking things and making sure everything is running. The noise is something you just stop hearing after a while. We have a small office section where we handle the paperwork and the overseas stuff. It’s a bit separate from the main heat of the factory. We eat our lunch quickly because there is always something needing attention. The industrial area can be a bit rough around the edges, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy. But it’s where we belong. We’ve seen other companies come and go, but we stay right here at H-12. We don’t talk much about visions or strategies; we just look at the schedule for the day and try to meet it. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. We don’t need a lot of words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the labor, and make sure the products are ready to go out. It’s a basic, tough environment and we have grown used to the pace of things here. We just keep our heads down and work.
