Naan Hi Naan

In the Main Bazar of Ram Nagar in Karnal, you will find our shop, Naan Hi Naan. We are located near the Khadi Ashram, which is a well-known spot for everyone living in the 132001 area. The bazaar is always crowded, and our shop fits right into that busy energy. Every morning, we get the tandoor started and wait for it to reach the right temperature. There is something about the smell of fresh bread in the morning that defines our day. We spend hours working with the dough, and it’s a very hands-on process. There are no machines doing the work for us; it’s just our own hands. The space is small, so it can get quite hot and cramped, especially when the midday rush starts. People come from all over the bazaar, some stopping by after visiting the ashram. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We talk to the regulars, hear about their day, and keep the line moving as best as we can. It’s a simple life in a busy market. We don't worry about being fancy or having the latest decor. We just focus on our ovens and making sure the shop is open for the people of Ram Nagar. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The Main Bazar never really stops moving, and neither do we.
