Our place is at 87-L in Model Town, Panipat. It’s a decent area and we have been here long enough that most of the locals recognize the shop. We aren't a big chain, just a small business trying to do things right in our corner of the city. Panipat can be a busy place with all the industry and markets, but Model Town feels like home to us. The routine is mostly the same every day, starting with the morning prep and ending late when the last customer leaves. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. The tables and chairs are plain, and the walls don’t have much on them besides a few calendars. We focus on the kitchen because that’s what matters most to the people who walk through the door. You’ll find us mostly in the back, making sure the ingredients are fresh and the spices are just right. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and stirring, but we don't mind it. People come here when they want something to eat without any drama or high prices. We see families, students, and workers throughout the day. It’s a bit of a mix, which makes the work interesting. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, or the weather keeps people away, but usually, it’s a steady pace that keeps us busy from start to finish. Our name might be Spicy Delights, but we are just a normal neighborhood eatery.
