Randeep Virk Kisan Producer Company Limited is based out of Gobindgarh in Karnal. Randeep Singh is the one who mostly looks after things here. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a local setup right in the village. Karnal is known for its farming, so we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our days worrying about the crops and making sure things are moving along. It’s not a glamorous job, and sometimes our clothes are covered in mud, but that’s farming for you. We started this because we wanted a way for the local farmers here to work together. It’s been a learning process for all of us. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to call someone back right away, but we always get the work done in the end. The village life is good, and people here look out for one another. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. This is just us, plain and simple. If you come to Gobindgarh, you’ll see us working or sitting together under a tree talking shop. We like to keep things informal because it feels more natural that way. Our focus is just on the daily grind of the farm and making sure we keep moving forward, one day at a time.
