Rajmanti Farmer Producer Company Limited

Rajmanti Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Basai Manti. We operate out of Rajkumar’s place in the village. It’s a small operation, really just a group of us who live nearby and want to coordinate our farming a bit better. Basai Manti isn't a very large place, so everyone knows where Rajkumar lives. We don’t have a regular office with set hours. Usually, we just meet up when there is something to discuss, like buying seeds or how the harvest is looking. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We sit outside if the weather is nice, or inside if it’s raining. There’s always someone coming by to ask a question or share some news. We don’t have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures. We just write things down in our notebooks and try to keep track of what everyone is doing. The land around here is what keeps us going. Most of us have been doing this our whole lives, just like our fathers did. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers in Basai Manti can get a fair shake. It’s hard work, and some years are better than others, but we just keep going day by day. We don't have much to show in terms of a fancy office, but the work gets done.
