Rairkalan Farmer Producer Company Limited

Rairkalan Farmer Producer Company is run by us out of Mohinder Singh’s place. He’s the son of Khajan Singh Rai. We are located in the Karnal and Panipat area, specifically at the C/O Rkalan spot. It’s a bit of a mix here because we are right near the border of the two districts. Karnal is famous for its rice, and we spend a lot of time talking about that. Our office is just a room with some old chairs and a lot of folders. We don't have a secretary or anyone like that. We do all the work ourselves. Mohinder keeps us organized, or at least he tries to. It gets busy during the sowing season, and the office usually has a few people coming in and out with questions. We focus on the farmers around Rairkalan and the nearby villages. It’s a basic setup, but it works for us. We’ve been living in this part of Haryana all our lives, so we know the people and the problems they have with their land. We didn’t start this to get rich; we just wanted a better way for us to sell what we grow. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Panipat and Karnal are busy places, but we stay focused on our small corner here. We’re just trying to keep things moving forward for everyone in the group. We don't need much more than a quiet place to work and good neighbors.
