Hanuman Foods

Hanuman Foods is situated on Nanda Road, not too far from Taraori. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time now. Most of what we do involves processing and packing food items, especially grain, since that’s what this area is known for. We aren't a huge factory with hundreds of employees. It’s just a decent-sized setup where we do things our own way. Many of the people who work here are from the nearby villages. We usually start our day very early to beat the heat. The machines can be quite loud, and there’s always a bit of dust in the air when we’re running the lines. We don't use any slick marketing or fancy labels. We just pack the product and get it out to the local shops. My uncle was the one who started this business, and I’ve been here since I was a teenager. It’s steady, honest work. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it ourselves. It’s a very hands-on business. We don’t have a flashy storefront for people to visit. If you come by, you’ll just see the main gate and the trucks waiting to be loaded. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a working warehouse so it’s always a bit busy. We just focus on the job and getting things done right.
