Victory Leathers

Victory Leathers is tucked away at 3/11-A in Vishnupuri. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport hubs, but we like it that way because it’s a little quieter. We deal with leather all day, so the smell is pretty strong inside the shop. Some people don’t like it, but to us, it just smells like work. We have these heavy work tables where everything gets cut and measured. The floor is usually covered in small scraps of brown and black leather by noon. We try to sweep up, but it’s a losing battle until the end of the shift. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for a long time. There’s no big corporate office here, just a room with enough light to see what we’re doing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s on the benches. We get our water from the tap outside and eat lunch together in the back corner. Sometimes we have to move the stock around just to find a place to sit. It’s a simple setup. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising because we’re usually too busy with the actual leather. If the gate is open, we’re inside working. It’s a straightforward life in Vishnupuri, and we just keep at it day after day. There is always a pile of hides waiting for us in the morning.
