Tumen International

Tumen International is situated at 152-B in Udyog Nagar, within the Co-Operative Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means it’s all about business and manufacturing around here. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. Our space is functional—lots of concrete, metal shelves, and a few desks for the paperwork side of things. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or nice furniture. We are here to get the international side of the business moving. It’s a lot of checking labels, weighing boxes, and making sure the documents are in order for shipping. The office part is a bit cramped because we use most of the space for storage. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. Lunch is usually eaten together at the back. The industrial estate can be a bit grim when it rains, with all the puddles and mud, but it’s where we belong. We deal with various goods and it’s always interesting to see what’s going out each week. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are long, especially when a shipment is late. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to get the day's work finished properly.
