Vash Gents Parlour

Vash Gents Parlour is Shop No. 1 on Shatabdi Travels Road in the Fazal Ganj area. We are right across the road from the My Car showroom. We have been working from this shop for a long time now in Kanpur. It is just a typical men’s salon. We do haircuts, shaves, and simple beard trims for our customers. The shop is very simple and we do not spend much money on decorations or fancy furniture. We mostly just focus on getting the work done. Most of the men who come in are workers from the offices nearby or people running other shops in this part of town. It is a very busy area with a lot of traffic and noise coming from the main road. We have a small radio that plays local songs to help drown out the sound of the trucks passing by. The mirrors we use are quite old, but they are big and they work fine. We make sure to keep our tools clean and our scissors sharp. It is usually just me and one other guy working here most days. We do not have any kind of booking system or phone for appointments. You just come in, take a seat on the bench, and wait your turn. Sometimes we talk about the latest cricket match or local politics. It is a friendly enough place for everyone who visits us.
