Paradise Unisex Salon

Paradise Unisex Salon is located in Kanpur, right in the Maa Gauri Apartment building. We’re in Model Town on JK Temple Road, which is part of Pandu Nagar. It is pretty easy to find because we are near Gauri Apartment. Being near the JK Temple means there are always people around, especially on certain days. Our salon is a place where both men and women come in to get their hair done or just freshen up. We have a few chairs and some mirrors, and the place is usually buzzing with the sound of blow dryers or people chatting. Kanpur is a city that can get pretty hot and dusty, so it’s nice to step inside and just sit for a bit. We don't have any big corporate rules here. It's just us working and talking to the regulars who live in the apartments or nearby. Sometimes we run out of coffee or the electricity acts up, but we just deal with it. It’s a local business through and through. We open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. There is always someone coming from the main market or heading towards the temple. We just provide a simple place for people to get a haircut and feel a bit better before they head back out. It is a busy life, but we like the routine of this neighborhood.
