Nehal Leather Works

Nehal Leather Works is situated at No. 39 Kailash Nagar in Jajmau. If you know Jajmau, you know it is the heart of the leather trade around here. The air always has that distinct smell of tanned hides, and our workshop is right in the middle of it all. We have been at this location for a good while. It is a rugged kind of place. We have heavy machines, sharp tools, and plenty of scraps on the floor. It is not the kind of place where you would want to wear your Sunday best. We are usually covered in some kind of dust or dye by the end of the shift. The team here is small but we have been working together for years, so we do not need to say much to get things done. We just know the rhythm of the work. No. 39 is not a showroom; it is a factory through and through. We focus on the leather itself and making sure the stitching is right. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or work by the light from the door. It is just part of the daily life in Kailash Nagar. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just make leather goods and send them out. It is hard work, but we are used to it and it keeps us going.
