Maanas Institute Of It & Mgmt is based at 11/157 in Harsh Nagar. Kanpur has a lot of places like this, but we’ve been at this specific address for a while now. Harsh Nagar is a decent area, fairly easy to get to from other parts of the city. The building itself is pretty standard, just a regular plot where we’ve dedicated space for IT and management studies. We have some computers set up, though they aren't the newest models you’d see in a big tech firm. They do the job for learning, though. The rooms are a bit plain, with white walls and some basic furniture. We don’t really go for a polished look because that’s not what we are about. It’s a place where people come to sit down and actually learn something useful. You’ll often find a few students hanging around outside the door talking about their assignments. There isn't a big staff here, just a few of us who keep things running day to day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our students find us because they live around 208012 or their cousins told them about the place. It's a quiet operation, really. We just open up in the morning, do the sessions, and close up when the last person leaves. We’ve got some desks and old chairs that we keep arranged for whoever visits us.
