Gyans Catering Service

Gyans Catering Service is just us working out of 111-A on G T Road in Ashok Nagar. It’s been quite a few years now since we started doing this. Most days start really early because there is always a lot of chopping and cleaning to do before any real cooking even happens. We have a small team here. Sometimes it gets a bit loud in the kitchen when we are trying to get orders ready for a big lunch. G T Road is always busy so we see a lot of people passing by all the time. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the kitchen space and our delivery van that has seen better days and rattles on the bumps. People in Ashok Nagar know where to find us if they have a small function at home. It is hard work and the heat from the stoves can be a lot in the summer months but we just get on with it. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the vegetables at the morning market to making sure the containers are packed right so nothing spills. It isn't always perfect and sometimes we run a bit behind schedule when the traffic is bad near Ashok Nagar. We just try to make food that tastes like what we eat at our own homes. There is not much more to say really. We are just a local business trying to do an honest job every day.
