Karmpath Agrotech is located at W2, Basant Vihar in the Naubasta area. We are a producer company, which means we work a lot with local farmers and agricultural stuff. Our office isn't in a skyscraper; it's just a regular building in a neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or talking to people about their crops. It’s a practical business. We deal with seeds, tools, and advice for the growers. The team here is small but we know our stuff when it comes to the land. Naubasta is a busy place, and we see a lot of foot traffic. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just help farmers get better results. It’s not always easy. Weather plays a big part in everything we do, so some months are much more stressful than others. We have piles of ledgers and samples all over the place. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just people who understand farming and want to make sure the work gets done right. Sometimes we have meetings with the local producers right here in our small office. We share tea and talk about the upcoming season. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been in Basant Vihar for a while now and feel like a real part of the community around us.
