You can find us at No. 44/200 in Hata Kamal Khan Ka Hatha. We are tucked away in Roti Vali Galli, which is off Nai Sarak. If you haven’t been down this alley before, it can be a bit narrow. We’ve been here in this part of Nai Sarak for a long time. The building is old but sturdy. We handle overseas stuff, so there are always shipping labels and tape dispensers lying around. The rooms are full of inventory waiting to go out. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the porters know exactly where we are. We don't spend money on making the office look pretty. The focus is always on the boxes and getting the counts right. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the weather is bad. We just have a couple of desks and some old wooden shelves. It’s a loud area with all the commerce happening nearby, but we’re used to the noise. We keep a small kettle for making chai when friends drop by to talk business. There’s no marketing team here, just us answering the phone and checking the manifests. It’s a simple operation in a busy corner of the city. We work late some nights when a big order is due. It’s just the way things go in Nai Sarak.
