Indradhanush Academy

Indradhanush Academy is located on the Vimanpuri Sangsanigwan Road in Kanpur. It is a bit of a busy area, so you can always hear the sound of traffic and horns from the street. Our academy isn't a large institution. It’s more of a modest setup where we have a few rooms dedicated to teaching. The space is a bit tight, but we manage to fit in the desks and chairs for the students. We don't have a fancy reception area or a big lobby. There are just some chairs where parents can wait if they need to talk to a teacher. The walls are mostly plain, maybe with a few charts stuck up here and there. We use whiteboards and markers for the lessons. Most of the students live in the nearby colonies of Kanpur, so they just walk or take a rickshaw to get here. The teachers are local people who have a good handle on the subjects they teach. We focus a lot on regular practice and finishing the syllabus on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and it gets a bit stuffy, but the students are used to it and we just keep going. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from teaching to cleaning up the rooms. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We just want to help the local kids with their studies.
