Glamour Unisex Saloon

People know us here in Civil Lines as the place right near Little Cheff Hotel. We've been at 15/199 for quite some time now. It’s a unisex spot so you see all sorts of folks coming in. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit around, but usually, it gets busy around the evenings. We have those old revolving chairs that still work fine after all these years. My staff and I don’t go for anything too fancy. We just do the work. The mirrors are big and we keep the floor swept. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner brings over a few cups while we’re finishing up a haircut. It's not a big corporate place. It's just Glamour Unisex Saloon. We see people from the neighborhood and sometimes visitors staying nearby. Usually, someone is talking about the weather or local news while they wait. The lights are a bit bright but that helps us see what we’re doing with the scissors. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the magazines get messy on the table. It’s just how a local shop is. You walk in, sit down, and get your hair done. We don’t have any big signs inside or anything. Just our tools and the chairs. Kanpur can get dusty so we’re always wiping down the glass. That’s pretty much us. If you’re around Civil Lines, you’ll find us easily. We are usually here from morning until late evening.
