Clark Hair Art Saloon

The shop is called Clark Hair Art Saloon and it is at 117/N/99 in Kaka Dev, Kanpur. We are right on Deoki Cinema Road, exactly opposite the Deoki Cinema itself. Kaka Dev is a very energetic part of town because of all the students and the movie theater across the street. When a big movie is playing, the whole road gets crowded and you can hear the music from the theater. My shop is a simple place where I do hair cutting and shaving. I have a few chairs lined up and the mirrors go all the way across the wall. I like the location because there is always something to see out the window while I work. The interior is nothing special, just some white walls and a tile floor that I sweep every hour. People call it a saloon but it is just a regular place for a haircut. I have been on Deoki Cinema Road for a long time and I have seen many shops come and go. I use basic tools and don't really go for the fancy stuff you see in malls. Most of the young guys from the hostels around Kaka Dev come here when they need a trim. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or going to catch a show. I keep the shop open late to make sure I don't miss anyone who needs me. It is a good spot to be in Kanpur.
