Umar International

Our place, Umar International, is at No. 88/21-C on Nala Road. It’s a busy street and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We handle various international trade and goods from this small office. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a door and a window on a crowded road. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, files, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. The traffic on Nala Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a decent community, even if it’s a bit loud. We don't really have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to get our shipments handled and make sure the paperwork is correct. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but mostly we just stick to a regular schedule. The office gets a bit cramped when we have new stock coming in, but we make it work. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We like it here because it’s central and we can get anywhere in the city pretty easily. We just do our thing and try to keep everything running smoothly without much fuss. It's a practical way to spend the workday.
