Shri Ramswaroop Singh Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated at Ruraaddu. The registered address is at Ram Babu’s house, House Number 1. We named the company after Ramswaroop Singh to keep that memory part of our work. This is a real local effort. We aren't some big outfit from the city. We are farmers from Ruraaddu who decided to group up. Farming is a tough way to make a living and there are no shortcuts. We spend our days out in the dirt and our evenings talking about how to manage the business. The company setup helps us deal with the government rules and the markets in a way we couldn't do by ourselves. It's not always easy to get everyone on the same page but we try. There is no corporate ladder here, just neighbors and family members working together. We deal with the local crops and try to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. Ruraaddu is a small place where news travels fast. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy branding. Our work is visible in the fields every day. It’s about the seasons and the weather and the hard work of planting and harvesting. We just want to keep our local farming tradition alive and maybe make the business side of it a little less stressful for the people living here. It’s just us, doing what we know.
