Jhinjhak Pragatisheel Producer Company Limited is based out of Sateesh Kumar’s house, which is House No 45/78 in Akaru Mudera Viram Singh. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you get here, you will see it is just a regular house where we do our business. We aren't some big firm with a massive budget. Most of our days are spent talking to local folks and trying to figure out the best way to move produce. Sateesh is around most of the time to keep things moving. The office itself is just a simple room with a few chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We don't mind the lack of polish because it fits who we are. Jhinjhak is a place where people value hard work over fancy appearances. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just move our chairs outside to the shade and keep talking. It’s a very local way of doing things. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and sometimes the stacks get a bit high on the table. We don't have a team of experts, just a group of us who have lived here and understand what the farmers need. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without making any big promises we can't keep. We are just glad to be part of the community here in Akaru Mudera.
