Hansraj Memorial Senior Secondry School Rehan is tucked away in the Andrun Bazaar area. If you know the bazaar in Rehan, you know it’s a tight squeeze with all the shops and people walking around. We are part of that whole scene here in Tehsil Fatehpur. It is a bit of a maze sometimes getting the school buses through the narrow parts of the bazaar, but we manage somehow. Being in Kangra, we get all kinds of weather, but the school stays pretty much the same. It is a memorial school, so there is some history there, but we don't spend all day talking about the past. We are too busy with the current students and their exams. The staff here are just regular people from the village and surrounding spots. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. Most of us just want to get through the day, make sure the kids understand their math and science, and then go home to our own families. The 176022 area is where we live and work, so we know everyone around here. It feels more like a big family than a formal office. We don’t have a lot of polished rules, just common sense and a bit of hard work. Sometimes it's noisy because of the market nearby, but that’s just life in Rehan and we have all gotten used to it.
