Adrash Public High School

Adrash Public High School is located right on the Main Road in Nurpur. If you are driving through this part of Kangra, you have probably passed us a dozen times without thinking much about it. That is fine by us. We are just a local high school trying to get by and help the kids learn something useful. The traffic out on the Main Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. Our building has been here for a bit, and it shows its age in some spots, but it feels like home to us. We don't have any of those glossy brochures or a big marketing team telling people what to think. It is just a school. The teachers are mostly local folks who live nearby in the 176202 area. We spend our time checking notebooks, keeping the courtyard clean, and making sure the children don't get into too much trouble during the breaks. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to open the windows and keep going. That is just how life is here in Nurpur. We don’t make big promises about the future, we just focus on getting through today’s lessons. It’s practical work. No one here is trying to be famous or anything. We just want to make sure the kids in Kangra have a decent place to study and grow up.
