Vani Vidyalaya Senior Secondary & Junior College

We are situated at No 26/27, Kamarajar Street in Kanchipuram. It is a tight street sometimes with all the cycles and people walking by. The school covers both the senior secondary years and the junior college, so we have a wide range of ages here. The older students are usually a bit quieter, while the younger ones make most of the noise near the stairs. The building is an older style but it holds up well. We have rooms for different subjects and a small area for the staff to have their tea. Kanchipuram gets very warm, so the fans are always spinning during the lessons. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk about what we do. It is just a place where students come to learn their subjects and pass their exams. The gate stays shut during school hours to keep things safe. You can find us easily if you know the Kamarajar Street area. We see a lot of the same families year after year. Brothers and sisters follow each other through the grades. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. There is always a stack of notebooks to be checked and a bell to be rung. It is a busy life on this street for all of us who work here.
