Diploma In Civil

Our little office is located at 123/10 Annai Santhya Nagar in Kanchipuram. We are right there in the Pillaiyar Palayam area. The name on the door says Diploma In Civil, which basically tells you what we are about. We deal with building plans and site visits around the Kanchipuram district. It is a historic place with a lot of temples, so sometimes the narrow streets make it hard to get to a site. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and measuring out plots of land under the hot sun. It isn't a glamorous job, but we like being out in the field. Our office is small, just a couple of desks and a lot of rolled-up papers. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone wants to talk about a project, they just walk in and sit down. We use old measuring tapes and some newer tools too, depending on what the job needs. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from their cousins or neighbors. We try to give practical advice on how to build a house or fix a wall without spending too much money. It is just us working hard every day to make sure the structures stay standing. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the local soil and building rules pretty well for the town.
