Nisha Building Materials

We run Nisha Building Materials out of our yard at No 36 on C.T.H Road. We’re located in Srimathi Nagar over in the Sevvapet area. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all the time. We sell the basic stuff people need for construction—cement, sand, bricks, and that kind of thing. It’s a dusty job and there is always something to load or unload. We aren't a big showroom with lights and displays. It’s just a practical yard where we keep the stock organized as best as we can. We’ve been here in Sevvapet for a good while, so we know most of the local contractors and people building their own houses nearby. Our days start early when the deliveries arrive, and we spend most of the time checking the quality of the materials and making sure the orders go out to the right sites. We don't do any fancy advertising or have a slick website. Most people just know we are here on the main road and stop by when they need supplies. We try to keep our prices fair and our stock full, though sometimes things run out if there’s a big demand from a local project. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the building process in our community. If you’re driving down C.T.H Road, you can’t miss the stacks of bricks. We just handle the day-to-day business of keeping construction moving around Srimathi Nagar and Sevvapet.
