Js Readymix Concrete

Js Readymix Concrete is based out of 458, Sevilimedu. It’s a fairly open area which is good because we have those big mixing trucks coming and going all the time. The site is mostly gravel, sand, and the silos for the cement. It’s a messy business, to be honest. There is always a layer of dust on everything, including the small office cabin we have near the gate. We spend our days watching the weather and timing the batches so the concrete doesn't set before it reaches the site. It’s a lot of logistics and hoping the traffic isn't too bad. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s a small team here in Sevilimedu. We know the local roads well and we know how the local sand behaves. Most of the time, we are just responding to phone calls from builders who need a load delivered by morning. We don't do much in the way of promotion. If the concrete is good, people come back. That is our basic approach. The machinery is loud and the work is constant, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the mix is right and the truck gets to the right spot on time. It’s straightforward, hard work every day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
