Down at No. 276 on Anjaneyar Kovli Street in Vengaivasal, we’ve got our little setup for M/S Libra Innovations Pvt. Ltd. It’s tucked away a bit, but we like it that way. We do a lot of different things here, mostly trying to figure out how to make stuff work better. It’s not always pretty. There are wires and tools all over the place some days. The team is small, just a few of us who actually enjoy solving problems. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. Living and working in Vengaivasal is decent. It’s quiet enough to think but close enough to the city when we need parts. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things or fix things until they do what they are supposed to. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets interesting. It’s not about the money all the time, though that helps. It’s more about the fact that we get to see our ideas actually turn into something real. We’ve had people ask us why we don’t move to a big industrial park, but we like it here on Anjaneyar Kovli Street. It feels like home, and it’s where we do our best work without any corporate pressure.
