Out here at E17 and 18 in the Maraimali Nagar Industrial Complex, you'll find us working away at Engelhard Environmental System India Pvt Ltd. It’s a pretty large industrial area, so there’s always noise and movement from the other units around us. We spend our days dealing with various environmental systems, which mostly means a lot of technical checks and manual work on the floor. The building isn't brand new, but it serves us well for the kind of heavy lifting and assembly we have to do. Maraimali Nagar is a bit of a drive for some of us, but the routine is solid once we get here. Usually, the gates open early, and we get straight into the logs and the machinery. It’s a practical environment, no plush carpets or fancy lobbies here. We mostly just focus on getting the units built and tested so they can be shipped out. Sometimes things break down or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It feels like a real community in this complex, everyone knows the tea stalls and where to get a quick lunch. We aren't interested in sounding bigger than we are. We just take care of the tasks assigned for the day and make sure the place stays organized enough to work in.
