Amk Exports

Down here at 5, Bharathi Nagar, things stay pretty busy most of the time. We are tucked away near the Second Main Road in Old Perungalatur. If you know the Mudichur Road area, you know how the traffic can get during the rush hour. Amk Exports is just a small team of us working out of this space. Much of our day is spent checking boxes and making sure everything is labeled right for the trucks. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the tea man comes by twice if we’re having a long afternoon. The building isn’t new, but it works for what we need. You won't find a big receptionist or a waiting room with magazines here. Usually, there are just some crates near the entrance. Humidity can be tough in the afternoons, so the fans are always running. We’ve been in this part of Perungalatur for a while now. Neighbors mostly leave us be, though we know the shopkeepers on the corner. Exporting stuff means we’re always looking at clocks and calendars. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure things get where they need to go without too much trouble. Big advertisements aren't something we do. Most people who work with us have been doing so for years. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate meetings, just us getting the daily tasks sorted out. It’s a grind, but it’s our grind and we are fine with that.
