Imperial Impex Inc.

Our office is at 4/210, First South Cross Street, which is in Kapaleeswarar Nagar, Neelankarai. It’s a nice part of town, close to the coast, so you get a bit of a breeze sometimes if the weather is right. Imperial Impex Inc. is basically an import-export operation that we run from this spot. We’ve been in the neighborhood for quite a bit now. The street is generally quiet, which is good when you’re trying to concentrate on logistics and numbers. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a tight-knit group of people who know how to get things done. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to people from all over the place. It can be a bit tiring with the different time zones, but we’ve gotten used to the odd hours. The office itself is pretty standard—just desks, computers, and stacks of files that we probably need to organize better. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't help the business move any faster. Neelankarai has its own charm, and we like being based here instead of in the middle of the heavy city traffic. Most of our neighbors are friendly, and it feels more like a community than a business district. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure our clients are satisfied with the items we bring in and out.
