Esvin Advanced Technologies Ltd.

We are over here at Esvin House, which is right on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Perungudi. Number 13, to be exact. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially during the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Esvin Advanced Technologies Ltd. has been based in this building for some time now. You can’t really miss the place if you are driving down OMR. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of things around here. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks and keeping things moving. We don’t really do much of the fancy office talk or big meetings that you see in the movies. It’s more about just getting the work done and heading home. The area has changed a lot since we first started, with new buildings popping up everywhere. Still, our spot at No. 13 feels like home. We see the same tea sellers and shop owners every day on the street. It gives the place a bit of a neighborhood feel despite all the big tech companies around. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it feels like the whole city is right outside the door. We just focus on what we have to do here at Esvin Advanced Technologies Ltd. and try to keep things simple. It’s a decent place to be located.
