The yard has different slabs leaned up against each other in rows. It is not a shiny showroom where everything is under bright lights; it is more of a working yard where customers come to see the actual material they are buying. We have been operating from this Chennai 600096 location for a while. The staff knows their stones and can tell you about the different patterns and colors without reading from a brochure. We get a lot of local builders and regular people fixing up their houses stopping by to take a look. The street can be quite narrow, so when a big truck comes in with a new load of stone, things get a bit tight for a while. We do not have a fancy website or a big sales team. We just open up in the morning, move the stones as needed, and talk to people who walk in looking for granite. It is hard work.
