Cnh Moulds Pvt.Ltd. is based out of A-45A in the Sipcot Industrial Growth Centre in Oragadam. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of activity, with trucks moving in and out and the sound of other factories nearby. We spend our time working on moulds, which is a lot of technical work that requires some patience. It gets quite warm in the shop during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the metal and the machines. We aren't much for fancy offices or polished presentations. Most of the time, our hands are a bit dirty from the shop floor. We've been at this Oragadam location for a bit, and it’s a good place for this kind of manufacturing work. People come to us when they need specific moulds made, and we just sit down and figure out how to do it. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking. We have a small team of workers who have mostly been together for a long time. We know how each other works, which makes the days go by a bit smoother. It is hard work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished mould ready to be sent out. We don't really have a big story to tell, we just show up at Sipcot and do the job as best as we can.
