Our place is at No. 4017/3551 in the BM Shankarappa Estate. It is situated right on Main Magadi Road. Being in an industrial estate means it is never truly quiet around here. There is always the sound of a truck backing up or a machine humming in the next unit over. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is plain and functional, which suits the kind of work we do. We mostly deal with industrial parts and technical equipment. The floor is usually covered with tools and half-finished projects. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear fancy clothes because you’ll probably get some grease or dust on them. We don’t have a dedicated receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Some days are incredibly busy with orders coming in, and other days we spend mostly on maintenance. We don’t bother with big signs or flashy lights. Most people who come here already know what they need. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things shipped out on time. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. It’s a basic setup, but it works for us and our customers. We’ve learned to manage with what we have here on Magadi Road.
