Our place is located out at Plot No.E-14 in the Sipcot Industrial Park, over in Mambakkam Village. It is a bit of a long trek out into the Kancheepuram Disrict, but that is where Borgwarner Cooling Systems India Pvt.Ltd. is based. This industrial park is really massive, and we are just one small part of the whole thing. Usually, the day starts with the sun coming up over the fields nearby before the midday heat really starts to kick in. There is a lot of open space out here, which is helpful for the kind of work we handle. We do not really go in for big speeches or polished corporate presentations. Most of us here just wear regular work clothes and focus on the machines and the daily schedules. The village nearby is quite peaceful, which is a nice contrast to all the noise inside the industrial park. We have got a good group of people who come in from all over the district to work at Plot No.E-14. It is not a glamorous life, but it is steady and keeps us busy. We deal with the day-to-day stuff as it comes, fixing any problems when they pop up and keeping things running as they should.
