We've been in Kanchipuram for quite a while now. Our place is over in the district with the pin code 602105. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where we deal with steering systems and all the parts that go with them. Most of us who work here are locals from the nearby areas. We know the roads and the people around here pretty well. The workday usually starts early, before the sun gets too high and makes the shop floor too hot to handle. There is always a lot of noise from the machines, but we’ve all gotten used to it over the years. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see people in grease-stained clothes just trying to get things sorted out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the logistics can be a bit of a headache with trucks coming and going, but we manage to keep things moving. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or what's happening in the village. It feels more like a community than a big company. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the district over the years, with more buildings popping up everywhere. Still, our routine stays mostly the same. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a simple life and a simple business, really.
