We’re located at No. 72 on 40 Road in Lakshminagar, which is part of the Porur area. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly residential but with enough small businesses to keep things interesting. Our building isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do every day. We handle a lot of supply work, which means there are always boxes coming in and going out. The front door stays open most of the time to let in a breeze, though it also lets in the dust from the road. Inside, we have shelves lining the walls, mostly filled with whatever stock we’re managing that week. There’s a small desk where we handle the bills and the phone calls. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We’ve been in Porur for quite a while, so we know the local tea seller and the other shop owners on 40 Road. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs something, they usually just know to come to us or they heard about us from a neighbor. We keep the inventory moving and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic during the busy season. It’s just us doing our part in the local economy, keeping the daily operations running smoothly without any fuss.
