Reshmi Public School

Our school, Reshmi Public School, is located on Kusnoor Road in Saraswatipura. We’re tucked away right behind Gulbarga University, so it’s a pretty recognizable area for locals. The school has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a regular building with several floors and a yard for the students to use. During the week, the place is full of activity from early morning until late afternoon. You can hear the teachers giving lessons and the students answering back if you walk past the windows. Down near the entrance, there's a small office where we take care of all the administrative stuff. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s clean and functional. Most of the families who send their kids here live within a few kilometers. We see the same faces every day, which makes it feel like a close-knit group. The staff room is often crowded during break times with teachers grading papers or having a quick bite. We try to keep the garden areas looking decent, though the summer heat makes it tough sometimes. It’s just a normal, everyday school where we focus on getting through the syllabus. The stairs can get a bit dusty with all the feet running up and down, but we sweep them every evening. We have a small gate that we lock during school hours for safety. Sometimes the bells don't ring exactly on time if the power is flickering, but we manage with a hand bell. It’s those little quirks that make the place.
