Railways

Down here in Kakinada, at 7-8-29 on Velamuri Vari Street, things move at their own pace. We are based in the Ramaraopet area, inside Priyanka Enclave, specifically in unit C-1. It’s a typical local spot. Being part of the Railways means there is always something to do, whether it’s checking on schedules or dealing with the people who come by the office with questions. The enclave is usually pretty busy with residents, so there’s a lot of life around us every day. We’ve got our desks set up and the fans are always running because it gets quite warm here in Andhra Pradesh. Some of us have been working here for years and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, open the doors, and handle the tasks that come our way. People often get lost trying to find this specific street, so we spend a bit of time giving directions over the phone. It’s a simple setup in a residential pocket, but it works for what we need to do. We keep the registers updated and make sure the paperwork for the 533004 area is handled correctly. It’s just a standard workday for us, sitting in the office and making sure the rail-related business stays moving along without much fuss.
