We've been here on Cinema Road at 5-5-27 for a while now. Running a travel place like Make My Holidays means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules. It’s not fancy work. Mostly, we just make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We get folks coming in all the time asking about buses or trains. We just try to find something that fits their budget. Living around here, you get to know the neighbors. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, but we keep the fans going. It’s a small space. It's nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city. We handle the paperwork, make the calls, and deal with the bookings. Most days, it’s just us sitting behind the desk. We answer the phone when it rings. People around Cinema Road know where to find us if they’re planning a trip. We don’t have any big speeches about why we do this. It’s just a job that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We keep our notes in some old ledgers and on the computer. It's funny how things change, but the questions from customers stay mostly the same. They want to know the price and if the seats are comfortable. We tell them what we know. If there's a delay, we hear about it soon enough. That's just how the travel business goes. We stay open until the evening.
