Our office is down in Kakinada at Rama Mohan Raja Nagar. We are located on Road 3 8, right near the Akshara School. Being a shipping company, we are always tied to what is happening at the port. There is a lot of movement of goods and vessels, and we are the ones who handle the paperwork and logistics for it. The office is at D 3-20-4/3A and it is a pretty functional space. We don't have fancy decorations, just maps and schedules on the walls. Kakinada is a major hub for this kind of work so we are never really idle. We deal with crews and captains and cargo owners every day. It involves a lot of phone calls and emails to make sure the ships get in and out on time. Sometimes there are delays at the harbor and that makes things a bit stressful, but we just work through it. The area near the school is usually busy in the mornings and afternoons with kids and parents, which is a nice break from the industrial talk. We have a small team here and we have all been doing this for years. We know the local regulations and the port authorities quite well. It is straightforward work but it takes a lot of attention to detail to keep everything moving. We are glad to be part of the Kakinada shipping community and keep our operations steady for everyone involved.
