Front Office In Charge & P.S To Md

My name is Chaitanya and I handle the front office duties and work as the P.S. to the MD. Our location is Dr. No. 2-50-17 in the 100 Buildings area of Kakinada. It’s specifically in Lig-1, No-8. This part of Andhra Pradesh is quite pretty, but the work keeps me indoors most of the time. My desk is right by the entrance, so I see everyone who comes and goes. It is a lot of coordinating schedules and making sure the MD has everything he needs for his meetings. The office isn't grand. We have standard wooden desks and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. I spend a lot of my day typing out letters and answering the phone. Kakinada can get very humid, so the AC is usually running, though it makes a bit of a rattling noise sometimes. Being in the 100 Buildings area means there is always something happening outside. I’ve been doing this for a while, so I know the routine by heart. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is important to keep things organized. I try to stay on top of the paperwork so nothing gets lost. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when there are a lot of visitors, but I just take it one task at a time. It’s a practical, straightforward place to work and we just do our best to keep it running. We always have fresh water and tea ready for guests who arrive.
