Our business, which goes by the name Its, is located in Maruthi Nagar in the Ramanaya Pate area of Kakinada. The address is D.No. 9-103, and it’s actually a residential building. I am the son of A. Krishna and we work out of the house of N.S. Satri. It’s a family-oriented setup where we handle technical work and other services right from our neighborhood. Maruthi Nagar is a nice place to live and work. We don't have a storefront on a main road, so most people who come to us are neighbors or people who were told about us by friends. We have a few computers set up in one of the rooms and that’s where all the work happens. Kakinada is a growing city, but our street still feels like a small community. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and answering emails. It’s quiet enough that we can hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change from the noisier parts of town. We’ve been here for several years now and have seen the houses around us change, but our work remains the same. It is just a small local operation run by people who live right here. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just sit down, do the tasks that are requested, and try to be helpful to anyone who knocks on our door. That's about it really.
